As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I serve a range of clients from adolescents to adults. I provide individual and couples counseling in my office located in Jonesboro, AR. I help my clients manage a myriad of issues, including individual stress, trauma and addiction, enhancing parent and spouse relationships, and managing major life changes in a constructive manner. I serve patients in person in both Arkansas and Southeast Missouri, and offer tele-health visits for those located in Arkansas.
My approach specializes in Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Advanced Trauma-Focused CBT, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and other areas of focus. Such therapies facilitate enhanced awareness as well as fostering a healthy outlook.

I have clients of different ages, adolescents, adults, men, women, children, and families of diverse cultural groups.
